Malama Maika’i Health and Wellness Alliance is a growing senior in-home care agency founded in Hawaii. We are focused on supporting families through every step of their care journey by delivering compassionate, quality care. 

We are seeking a Client Care Manager to assist with admissions and client relations, while serving clients and their families who are inquiring about our services. 

Position Summary

As the Client Care Manager, you will help to manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries about care services, schedule new client appointments, and assist with administrative tasks like over seeing client care accounts, and helping to answer questions or to resolve concerns. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound calls.
  • Educate potential clients and their families about our care services.
  • Coordinate and schedule client intake assessments.
  • Maintain detailed client records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the other individuals on the teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding, and care experience.
  • Uphold HIPAA and all ethical standards in client communication and data handling.

Qualifications

  • Lives in Honolulu, Hawaii
  • 3+ years of experience in phone-based admissions.
  • 3+ years of home care or home health experience.
  • Strong communication.
  • Ability to multiple task.
  • Tech-savvy with Apple MAC devices
